Blossom Friedman, a longtime Yonkers resident, passed away on October 21, 2019 at the age of 99.  Blossom was born May 12, 1920 in the Bronx, NY to the late Charles and Rose Sandhaus.  She attended New York University where she earned some college credits.  Blossom was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and homemaker.  She is survived by her cherished children Donald, Nancy Frieary and Suzanne Friedman, her adoring grandchildren Carlen Altman and Alyssa Williams and her loving great grandchildren Skye, Rayne and Makayla.  Blossom is predeceased by her beloved husband Herbert and her brother Paul Sandhaus. Memorial donations in Blossom’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
