    Dear Daddy,

You will always be my best pal, there will never be a moment in my life that I do not think of you with pride and love. You have always been my rock, I am the person I am because of your guidance and support. I can never thank you enough for everything you have done for me, I will miss our weekly chats as you were always my first call with any news. I miss you beyond words. I will love you forever. Rest peacefully daddy you fought hard and now you can rest eternally with mommy and your loved ones in heaven. I know you will be watching!!!

The beacon of the lighthouse is out. All is darkness but I am not afraid. Life is fraught with uncertainty. Who will lead us? Who will show the way? A straight path was dug out beside the curved rocky road – life's pathway. It was created by a positive attitude, realistic plans, and love. Elliott built that road for those he loved. He will be missed.
