Obituary

Gloria Epstein, a lifelong resident of Yonkers, passed away on May 8th, 2018 at the age of 84.  Gloria was born on November 23, 1933 in the Bronx to the late Henry and Sylvia Lapp.  She was an avid reader of the NY Times and a proud member of the Brandeis Book Club.  Gloria was also an active member of her local senior center.  Above all, caring for her husband and children were her greatest passion.  She is survived by her cherished children, Dr. Alan Epstein (Karen Isselbacher) and Melissa (Elliot) Regenbogen, her adoring grandchildren Allie and Ilana, her precious great-granddaughter Maya and her loving brother, Floyd.  Gloria is predeceased by her beloved husband (and former owner of Epstein’s Kosher Deli), Seymour.
