Our prayers and thoughts are be with you 🙏🙏
So sorry Mike was always great to be around.
I will miss Mike’s funny sense of humor and fun-loving spirit and will think of him fondly each and every time I have a pretzel rod or a salami sandwich at “his” beach.
I am so honored to have known Mike, a great guy. I will miss him.
I loved you Mike Cherry! I shall miss you terribly….😔. I promise to go to Coney Island to take pictures in your honor (I’ll bury some candy in the sand for you too). Mike you will always live in my heart.
Shalom dear friend…
Dearest Rose, my condolences. I will always remember Mike’s love for you, a truly beautiful thing!
May your memories be a blessing.
Michael & I had the privilege of growing up in public school always being at the end of the line. That’s what happens when you are taller than 6 feet in grade school. We usually guarded each other in basketball because of our height. Michael was always very intelligent, kind and considerate. A great guy to be around! Yes, he had a great eye for photography which we enjoy immensely! He will be missed! Our condolences to his loved ones and family! RIP
I worked with Mike for many years at 5 World Trade during the Dean Witter NEC days. Mike, you were a great man, and a good man, who will be missed by everyone whose life you touched.
Miss you my old friend, thank you for all the photos of NYC. Your memory is a blessing to all
Mike and I go back a very long time, and we stayed friends over the years. I’m so sorry that he is gone.
Beloved Rose-i send my blessed condolences to you and all your family-i knew Michael for many years working at 5 wtc-and afterward-he was a great guy -my prayers are with you and your family

Rose you are in my thoughts and prayers, I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was always a great guy, friendly and nice always… I truly enjoyed all the photos he shared with us all personally and on Facebook. He will most definitely be missed. Hugs…
Thoughts and hugs with you at this very difficult time. I worked with Mike Dean Witter days 5wtc, he was such a sweet soul, always thinking of others, and shared his goodness through the photos he took and shared. Always helped a friend in need, one of the truly good guys. He will live forever in your heart.
Mike and I go way back to P.S.100, P.S.90, Mark Twain, and Lincoln H.S. Both living in Luna Park, although we hung out with different people. Three years ago at the Luna Park BBQ, I ran into him. Told him how much I enjoyed his photos of LP and Coney Island. His gentle smile and soft touch personality will be missed. It has been my pleasure to know you, Mike. You will be sorely missed. RIP
Condolences to Rose & family.
We will miss Mike.
So sorry to hear. His family lived in my building, in Luna Park and we were in the same elementary schools, PS 100 and PS 90…In recent years, I so enjoyed his photography of Coney Island.
May he Rest In Peace
