Kenneth Kaplan, 74, died unexpectedly on December 2, 2021 at Lenox Hill Hospital. He was born June 6, 1947 in the Bronx, NY. Along with his parents Irving and Gertrude Kaplan, Ken is predeceased by his older brother, Michael Kaplan. Ken is survived by his wife Elaine Kaplan, his daughters Dana and Melinda Kaplan, and his granddaughter Riley Miller. Ken and his wife Elaine have been married for 47 years as of August 11, 2021. He was a high school educator for 31 years with a focus on American History. An avid Yankee fan, Ken always looked forward to watching or attending Yankee games, His joy of Broadway and musicals have been passed down to his children and grandchild. Ken is also survived by several furry grandchildren, Prince (moomie), Fefe, Barkley, Quincy, Roxie and Blackie.
